If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns of UNUSED product within 14 days. To initiate the return process, send us an email at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or denied. Tactical & Strategic Innovations will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned product (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

We do not accept or offer cancellations. Please send us an email at [email protected] if there are any problems with your order.

Items may only be replaced if defective or damaged. To request a replacement, send an email to [email protected], and a return label for the defective/damaged product will be issued. A replacement product will then be shipped to you (standard shipping times apply and vary depending on location).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including:

  • Perishable goods such as MRE’s
  • Dehydrated food
  • Opened packages of first aid supplies

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Personal protection products (i.e. pepper and personal defense sprays)
  • Any sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Tactical & Strategic Innovations will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us UNUSED, in original packaging and in the condition they were shipped, or they may not be eligible for refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (valid order number or purchase receipt). We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent to confirm receipt of the item(s). You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within up to 10 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again. If your refund has still not been processed contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
