We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule a class. To accommodate this, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Students are allowed one reschedule within a 60-day period from the original scheduled date.
Please note the following:
- Cancellations and refund requests must be made at least 3 business days before your scheduled class.
- No-shows without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the class fee.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again. If your refund has still not been processed, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If after contacting your credit card company and/or bank you have still not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]
