The Tourniquet NOW!(TM) Strap provides a low profile, secure, and quickly accessible tourniquet holder that can be mounted on any MOLLE platform where 3 vertical MOLLE loops are available. The elastic loops can fit a variety of NATO style tourniquets such as the SOF-T, C-A-T, and other similar sized tourniquets. The elastic loops of the TNS can fit smaller sized tourniquets or other items such as flex cuffs. The Tourniquet NOW!(TM) can be installed on top of the Trauma Kit NOW!(TM) or on either side of the Admin Pouch.

Always have the Gen 7 C-A-T(R) within easy reach, yet keep it protected in a rigid holder capable of withstanding foot pursuits, combative subjects and daily patrol functions without allowing it to fall out of the carrier. The Gen 7 C-A-T(R) RIGID TQ Case(R) was designed to provide personnel with the capability to carry the life-saving C-A-T(R) Tourniquet on their person by easily mounting it to their duty/patrol/pistol belt, where it is needed most. It can be mounted either vertically or horizontally and can also be attached to a Safariland Drop Leg Shroud using the existing holes (the case mounts with 2 screws in the middle of the case). The Injection Molded Nylon Case provides strength and durability as it holds the Gen 7 C-A-T(R) Tourniquet tightly in place with no straps or covers. The tourniquet can be quickly and easily removed by grabbing and pulling the top part of the C-A-T(R) Tourniquet. The case also includes a hook and loop cross to identify it as medical equipment.

North American Rescue’s most compact, half size First Aid Kit empowering First Responders with the most requested point-of-wounding equipment in the smallest cube space possible. The M-FAK, North American Rescue’s Mini First Aid Kit, was designed to be the most compact, multi-use IFAK for delivering immediate critical care for penetrating, blast or other traumatic injuries. At half the size of the popular T.O.R.K. platform, the M-FAK is currently the smallest platform available in NAR’s product offering. Despite its reduced size, this kit comes fully loaded with the critical medical equipment most requested by First Responders operating in the line of duty. Treatment pack out options include Basic, Basic with Combat Gauze and Advanced versions. The M-FAK’s super compact, 500 Denier nylon bag opens from the side in a clam shell configuration utilizing (2) two main sleeves that open on both ends for easy access and features multiple elastic loops for secure gear organization. The bag’s exterior includes a MOLLE backing for mounting in the standard vertical position as well as a 3 in. internal sleeve for accommodating horizontal attachment to your duty belt. The vertical mount can be set to open left-to-right or right-to-left based on shooter preference, while the horizontal mount on a belt allows opening directly to your C-A-T. tourniquet. Also included are a loop patch on front of the bag for custom user labeling and (3) three MOLLE strips to attach additional gear such as a TQ/Holder (sold separately) if needed.
